The posting

Wij zijn per direct op zoek naar een gevorderd assistent accountant* voor onze controlepraktijk. Bij RA12 sta je er nooit alleen voor. Wij zijn namelijk van mening dat kwaliteit enkel tot stand komt in een open en prettige werkomgeving, waar volop ruimte is voor coaching en learning on the job. Je kunt rekenen op de juiste vaktechnische begeleiding en directe feedback van ervaren collegas. Belangrijk om te weten: wij zijn een audit only accountantskantoor.

* HEAO Accountancy of Bedrijfseconomie afgerond en/of studerend voor Registeraccountant (RA), minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring bij een accountantskantoor.

(Zelfstandig) projecten meedraaien en successen groots vieren met collegas, zo ziet jouw baan bij ons eruit. Al snel krijg je meer verantwoordelijkheden en de mogelijkheid om zelfstandig initiatieven te nemen. Als blijkt dat je daarvoor geschikt bent, wordt je de mogelijkheid geboden om door te groeien naar de functie van registeraccountant (RA). Je zult dan verantwoordelijk zijn voor het binnenhalen van opdrachten en het signaleren van kansen en creëren van mogelijkheden voor cross selling bij de klant.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Ik ben in staat om kansen en bedreigingen te signaleren en weet de klant hier ook nog eens goed over te adviseren;

ik krijg kansen om mijzelf bij te scholen;

vanuit een klantgerichte houding ga ik zelfstandig en accuraat te werk;

ik maak onderdeel uit van een jong en gedreven team;

ik werk aan de levensader van het Groene Hart, de A12, en/ of in Zwolle. Lekker centraal dus;

ik werk voor (middel)grote klanten, door het hele land;

ik ontvang een goed, marktconform salaris;

ik krijg een flexibele reiskostenvergoeding, bij een vaste aanstelling een auto van de zaak;

ik krijg voldoende vakantiedagen om even bij te komen van een uitdagende, maar leuke baan;

bier, wijn en/of fris, er is volop keus; wel zo fijn voor de vrijdagmiddagborrel of een van de andere bedrijfsuitjes die georganiseerd worden ;).

Salarisrange: 30.000 - 55.000. Let op: wij benadrukken juist die waarden, normen en kwaliteiten van een accountant die aandacht dienen te krijgen bij het vormen van de gewenste cultuur binnen accountantsorganisaties, volgens de NBA (53 maatregelen). Kortom, de woorden kwaliteit, een professioneel kritische instelling, nauwkeurig, degelijk, een rechte rug en maatschappelijk betrokken moeten bij jou passen.
