Als GL Accountant zorg jij samen met je 5 collega’s voor de financiële administratie. Jij vindt het belangrijk om uitdaging en variatie in je werk te hebben en in een fijne sfeer te werken. Complexe bedrijfsstructuren vind jij een uitdaging en maakt je werk alleen maar interessanter. Ontwikkeling staat hoog op je lijstje, samen met goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden. Onze klant heeft een zeer dynamische financiële afdeling en is op zoek naar mensen die graag in deze dynamiek aan de slag willen.

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als GL Accountant bij onze klant?

Je start tijdens je inwerkperiode op ons hoofdkantoor op Schiphol Rijk, waarbij je dagelijks wordt begeleid door je direct leidinggevende en overige collega’s. Op termijn bestaat de mogelijkheid om in overleg met je manager enkele dagen per week vanuit huis te kunnen gaan werken. Iedereen heeft zijn eigen maandelijks terugkerende taken. Je prioriteiten zijn dan ook afhankelijk van waar je in de maand bent. Je begint eerst met het openen van je mail, en gaat aan de slag met eventuele verzoeken op het terrein van contract facturatie, voorbereiden en of in boeken van journaalposten of het opstellen van diverse rapportages.

Hieronder een greep uit het takenpakket:

  • Consolidatie van cijfers zowel op maand als jaarbasis
  • Samenstel jaarrekeningen van de groep zowel Energietransitie als Circulaire economie kant
  • Zorg dragen voor opvolging van accountants vragen gericht op Jaar en interim controles
  • Werkzaamheden m.b.t maand/kwartaal afsluitingen
  • Verantwoordelijk voor accurate en volledige balans dossiervorming
  • Maandelijkse journaalposten
  • Intercompany doorbelastingen en rapportages
  • BTW en VpB rondrekeningen
  • Aansluiten Loonjournaalposten (controle financiële administratie versus loonadministratie)
  • Volledige en accurate omzetverantwoording vanuit contract facturatie
  • Energiebelasting aangiftes en rondrekeningen

Omdat onze klant uit verschillende werkmaatschappijen bestaat is de financiële administratie erg complex. Het teamgevoel staat hoog binnen de afdeling en je hebt dan ook een aantal momenten per week dat je bij elkaar zit om te kijken of er iemand hulp nodig heeft zodat de deadlines behaald worden. Tevens heb je regelmatig bilateraal overleg met je manager inzake je voortgang. Je ziet aan je takenlijst dat geen dag hetzelfde is. Ondanks de maandelijks terugkerende taken, maakt de complexiteit van de functie dat elke dag weer een uitdaging is.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden:

Als GL Accountant krijg jij in ieder geval:

  • salaris conform CAO Kleinmetaal;
  • jaarcontract met het voornemen tot een contract voor onbepaalde tijd;
  • 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV dagen;
  • goed pensioen;
  • ontwikkelkansen door middel van training/cursussen waar nodig.

Functie-eisen:

  • Afgeronde HBO/WO opleiding, specialisatie Accountancy of vergelijkbaar; Staats Praktijk Diploma, SPD 1/2 , MBA etc.
  • Ervaring binnen de audit/samenstel praktijk is een pré
  • Sterke kennis van Dutch Gaap (eis) en IFRS (pre)
  • Goede beheersing van Excel op gevorderd niveau
  • Analytisch vermogen
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in vergelijkbare functie
  • Communicatief vaardig in zowel het Nederlands als in het Engels.

Soft Skills: Zeer goede communicatie vaardigheden, Proactief, Zelfstarter, Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, Geen 9 - 5 mentaliteit, Teamplayer; samen het gewenste resultaat bereiken.
