Beschrijving

Onze afdeling bestaat uit 3 personen welke de gehele (financiële) administratie van onze klant voor hun rekening nemen. Op dit moment is er een vacature ontstaan voor Hoofd Administratie. Deze functie zal in het begin onderstaande functietaken bevatten, maar zal in de nabije toekomst (bij gebleken geschiktheid) door kunnen groeien naar steeds meer taken van de Financieel Controller. Uiteindelijk is het streven ook volledig door te groeien naar deze functie. Je gaat werken in een dynamische en ad-hoc organisatie met korte lijnen naar alle geledingen binnen ons bedrijf.

Functietaken:

  • Voeren diverse financiële administraties met al haar facetten
  • Volledig crediteurenbeheer
  • Volledig debiteurenbeheer
  • Facturatie
  • Opleveren maandcijfers, balansdossiers
  • Personeelsadministratie voeren
  • CBS-aangiftes

Functie-eisen:

  • Minimaal HBO werk- en denk niveau
  • Klaar voor vervolgstap in zijn / haar carriére
  • Kennis van Navision is een prè
  • Analytisch
  • Stelt je flexibel en proactief op binnen de organisatie
  • Geeft gevraagd en ongevraagd advies
  • Communicatief vaardig
