Wat ga je doen

  • Als Junior Business Controller werk je nauw samen met de Business Controller en andere collega’s op de afdeling Finance & Control.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen van de maandelijkse rapportages met betrekking tot onze verhuurportefeuille en onze ontwikkelportefeuille in binnen- en buitenland en denkt actief mee in het stellen van KPI’s en het verkrijgen van de vereiste informatie.
  • Je analyseert de verhuurportefeuille en de ontwikkelportefeuille, bewaakt de rendementsontwikkelingen en komt actief met verbetervoorstellen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen van budgetten, business- en meerjarenplannen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het verder verbeteren van onze bedrijfsprocessen en rapportages en helpt bij de standaardisering van de bedrijfsprocessen in het buitenland.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de ontwikkeling en het onderhoud van dashboards met financiële en niet-financiële informatie en draagt bij aan een constante verbetering van de kwaliteit van deze informatie.
  • In samenwerking met de Business Controller, de business, het management en onze aandeelhouders denk jij na over KPI’s, de vereiste informatie, de meetbaarheid van de KPI’s en de impact van afwijkingen.
  • Je houdt je bezig met het applicatiebeheer van ons vastgoedmanagement-/financieel systeem Yardi.

Voor de uitvoering van deze werkzaamheden heb je veelvuldig contact met collega’s in binnen- en buitenland.

Wat wij vragen

  • Een bedrijfseconomische opleiding op HBO/WO niveau;
  • 0-2 jaar ervaring op het gebied van (business)controlling;
  • Een teamplayer, met een zelfstandige, initiatiefrijke houding;
  • Je staat sterk in je schoenen, hebt overtuigingskracht en durft je mening te geven;
  • Een gezonde dosis nieuwsgierigheid, waarbij je de ontbrekende informatie boven krijgt;
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden;
  • Goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden, proactieve en gestructureerde persoonlijkheid;
  • Ervaring in het gebruik van Excel, Powerpoint en bij voorkeur BI Tooling (PowerBI);
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse én Engelse taal;
  • Fulltime (40 uur per week) beschikbaar.
