Klantenservice Medewerker | Rabobank

Deze aanvraag is voor minimaal 28 uur en max. 36 uur per week, voorkeur voor kandidaten die full-time kunnen werken. Na 3 maanden inwerken zal bekeken worden of er deels vanuit huis gewerkt kan worden. Maar de eerste periode zal het vanuit kantoor Eindhoven zijn.

In de functie van klantenservice medewerker ga jij aan de slag op de service afdeling van één van Nederlands grootste banken. Op 1 december worden namelijk brieven verstuurd naar een grote groep klanten en daar kunnen vragen over komen. Het gaat om brieven omtrent de compensatieregeling variabele rente. Het is aan jou en je team om algemene vragen over deze regeling te beantwoorden. Wees gerust, je wordt goed ingewerkt en wanneer de vraag toch te inhoudelijk wordt, is er een tweede lijn die het gesprek kan overnemen. Je bent bij uitstek een luisterend oor en helpt de klant zo goed mogelijk.

Wie zoeken wij?

We zoeken jou als je een sociale en servicegerichte houding hebt. Daarnaast ben je minimaal 28 uur beschikbaar. Ook voldoe jij aan de volgende competenties:

- Je beschikt over minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau;

- Je bent minimaal 28 uur beschikbaar;

- Je woont in de omgeving van Eindhoven

- Je werkt secuur en hebt een klantvriendelijke houding.

- in het bezit van WFT basis en WFT CK. Als kandidaat dit nog niet heeft mag hij/zij wel starten en krijgt hij/zij de gelegenheid om deze in de eerste periode te behalen.
