Heb jij ervaring als klantenservicemedewerker? Werk jij graag bij een grote (inter)nationale bank op een afdeling met proactieve en enthousiaste collega’s? Ga jij nauwkeurig te werk?

1e gesprek vindt plaats via een videocall. 2e gesprek op locatie!

We werken hybride. Naar verwachting gaan we 1 x per week naar kantoor in Utrecht.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Als klantenservicemedewerker draag je bij door het eerste aanspreekpunt te zijn voor deze klantgroepen.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de afhandeling van technische en functionele klantvragen op het gebied van zakelijk betalingsverkeer, directe aanleverkanalen en treasury-dienstverlening.
  • Je begint in deze functie de 1e lijn telefonie en wanneer je alle kennis eigen hebt gemaakt, beantwoord je ook de complexere vraagstukken die per e-mail binnen komen.

Jouw achtergrond:

  • Minimaal een afgeronde MBO4!
  • Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse én Engelse taal.
  • Focus op de klant.
  • Je vindt het leuk om je echt te verdiepen in de inhoud en net dat stapje extra te doen voor onze klanten.

  • Salaris ligt tussen de 2000-2500 euro per maand op basis van 28/36 uur.
