De PEP-desk is een team binnen KYC Operations en heeft als locatie Amsterdam Amstelplein. De PEP-desk biedt jou een variatie van KYC risicos en verschillende soorten klantdossiers met als basis (hoofd thema) van je onderzoek het PEP risico. Samenwerken is onze werkwijze; als 1 resultaatgericht team binnen X. Over X gesproken: we zijn een Nederlandse bank, actief in 38 landen voor onze ruim 8.5 miljoen klanten. Met deze klanten, onze leden en partners werken we zij aan zij aan een wereld waarin iedereen genoeg en gezond te eten heeft. Voorbeelden uit de praktijk

Om van deze verantwoordelijke functie een daverend succes te maken, start je op de Rabo KYC Campus in Utrecht. Je begint met een theorietraining inclusief PEP module, daarna ga je aan de slag met behulp van een intensieve coaching on the job;

Ondersteunen van collegas en zorgen voor een correcte overdracht naar andere afdelingen;

Elke dag jezelf blijven ontwikkelen door je te verdiepen in het vakgebied en het vragen van feedback.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

Onderzoek uitvoeren naar nieuwe en bestaande zakelijke en particuliere klanten.

Signaleren en analyseren van mogelijke integriteitsrisicos, opvallende transacties of andere dubieuze omstandigheden.

Vastleggen van jouw onderzoeksresultaten met de juiste kwaliteit en binnen de afgesproken tijd.

Benaderen van relaties om ze mee te nemen in het belang van het onderzoek en opvragen van de benodigde informatie.

Jouw achtergrond:

  • Minimaal HBO
  • Minaal 2 jaar werkervaring binnen het CDD/KYC/AML of in een andere analytische functie in de financiële dienstverlening.
  • Kennis van Xsystemen waaronder Siebel is een pré.
