Dat jij een belangrijke rol speelt in de ontwikkeling van collegas binnen het vakgebied Know Your Customer (KYC. Als Opleidingscoach ben je verantwoordelijk voor het geven, evalueren en ontwerpen van trainingen binnen het domein KYC/CDD/AML. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze nieuwe collegas na een periode van acht weken door middel van opleiding en coaching on the job, zelfstandig kwalitatieve rapporten kunnen genereren. Ook speel jij een rol bij het opleiden van de meer ervaren collegas. Door middel van verdiepende opleidings- programmas zodat zij volledig up to date blijven en verder kunnen ontwikkelen. Een rol met impact, die jij vervult als enthousiaste Opleidingscoach KYC.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

Je leidt collegas op naar het gewenste niveau;

Je coacht en motiveert op zowel inhoud als skills;

Je stimuleert hen zodat zij de vereiste kwaliteit en aantallen reviews behalen;

Je werkt in teamverband nauw samen met je collega coaches, teamleads en managers binnen KYC Operations;

Werken in een dynamische omgeving is voor jou geen enkel probleem;

In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Teamlead Opleidingscoaches KYC.

Jouw achtergrond:

Recente kennis en/of ervaring rondom sancties is een pré;

Je bent in het bezit van tenminste een hbo-diploma;

Je hebt CDD Natuurlijk Personen of Organisaties en/of AML kennis;

Je hebt kennis van analysetechnieken in relatie tot het beoordelen van transacties, klantactiviteiten en signalen;

Je hebt ruime ervaring met het coachen van medewerkers;

Je hebt kennis van de Wwft en sanctiewetgeving en van primaire bancaire processen, producten en systemen;

Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift;

Je bent bereid om te reizen naar de verschillende opleidingslocaties;

Je bent minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar

Het aanbod:

  • Salaris ligt tussen de 4800-6200 euro per maand op basis van 36 uur.
