Lead developer frontend/design system

Bij X ontwikkelen we in meerdere eigen development teams webapplicaties op basis van een moderne technologiestack en een in-house ontwikkeld design system.

Wij zoeken een lead developer (frontend) met een communicatieve insteek die onze teams naar een nóg hoger niveau kan brengen.

We zoeken in jou een begeleidende en coachende aanwezigheid voor developers op verschillende niveaus van senioriteit.

Daarnaast ben je samen met onze UX-ers het kritische geweten van het design system. Je haalt er voldoening uit om een team te helpen het beste uit zichzelf te halen. De zelfstandigheid en professionele ontwikkeling van onze ontwikkelaars zijn jouw voornaamste doel.

We werken op een sterke technologische basis die we verder willen uitbouwen en verbeteren. Je helpt product owners en teams bij het uitwerken van nieuwe ideeën en je bent een bron van inspiratie voor nieuwe oplossingen voor onze klanten. Je geeft in overleg met het team en onze architecten richting aan de praktische uitvoering en begeleidt de ontwikkelaars bij het realiseren van het doel. Dat doe je hands-on, door te sparren, mee te denken en opbouwende feedback te geven, onder andere via code reviews.

We ontwikkelen op basis van deze technologie:

  • React
  • Typescript
  • Styled-components
  • Storybook
  • GraphQL
  • AWS + Kubernetes
