De afdeling Finance en Control voorziet op centrale, uniforme en gestandaardiseerde wijze haar stakeholders van relevante informatie. Zo faciliteren we de groeiambities van het bedrijf en stellen we het management in staat om winstgevende groei te realiseren. Als Manager Accounting kun jij er mede voor zorgen dat het bedrijf nummer 1 in de markt is. Tegelijkertijd zorgt het bedrijf waar je komt te werken ervoor dat jouw rol gezien wordt en dat je je steeds weer verder kunt ontwikkelen in de organisatie.

Functietaken:

Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de juistheid, tijdigheid, volledigheid en betrouwbaarheid van de totale FA en het juist implementeren van het bedrijfs accounting guidelines (IFRS). Je geeft leiding aan een decentraal Accounting team en motiveert jouw collega’s. Je zorgt voor periodieke financiële rapportages aan het lokaal management, aan de Nederlandse vesting en aan de internationale hoofdkantoor.

Je ontwikkelt, organiseert en controleert een omvattend systeem van interne beheersing rondom financiële transacties en stelt accounting position papers op voor complexe transacties. Ook geef je leiding aan betaalprocessen. Last but not least adviseer je het management en collega’s over financiële, bedrijfskundige en strategische vraagstukken en over financiële beheersmaatregelen.

Functie-eisen:

  • Universitaire of post-HBO opleiding op gebied van Finance of Accounting
  • Ervaring in vergelijkbare, leidinggevende functie(s)
  • Kritische en een stevige gesprekspartner die het voortouw neemt in verbeteringstrajecten
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en levert naast cijfers ook onderliggende oorzaken en verbeterpunten
  • Affiniteit met verandertrajecten, bij voorkeur in de zorg
  • Resultaatgericht en zeer nauwkeurig
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en goede beheersing van de Engelse taal.
  • Sterke adviesvaardigheden en je combineert tact met overtuigingskracht
  • Je gaat voor resultaat in verbinding en creëert draagvlak en enthousiasme

Arbeidsvoorwaarden:

  • Salarisindicatie tussen €3850 en €5801 (CAO Ziekenhuizen)
