Wij willen ons gedreven, vakkundige en enthousiaste team verder uitbreiden met een ervaren en ambitieuze manager corporate finance met commerciële en leiderschapskwaliteiten. Een adviseur die klanten helpt bij belangrijke financiële vraagstukken én zowel inhoudelijk als business sparringpartner is. Naast het inhoudelijk advieswerk krijg je energie van commerciële activiteiten om het netwerk van Corporate Finance verder uit te breiden en achter potentiële klanten aan te gaan.

Je standplaats bepalen we in overleg en is afhankelijk van je woonplaats. Veldhoven, Tilburg, Nijmegen, Den Bosch en Breda zijn bespreekbaar.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Als ervaren manager corporate finance maak je de commerciële afspraken met klanten en ben je de inhoudelijke sparringpartner. Waar nodig bied je ondersteuning aan de betrokken minder ervaren adviseurs die samen met jou aan de opdrachten werken.
  • Bij grotere multidisciplinaire adviesopdrachten treed je op als projectleider en heb je naast de klant veelvuldig contact met de betrokken jurist, fiscalist en accountant.
  • Vanzelfsprekend bouw je aan een groeiend netwerk, zowel binnen als buiten het bedrijf.
  • Je bent het voorbeeld voor het team én eindverantwoordelijk voor de commerciële groei van het bedrijf.

Jouw achtergrond:

  • Je hebt een relevante master, bijvoorbeeld in (corporate) finance of bedrijfseconomie.
  • Je beschikt over relevante ervaring als corporate finance adviseur en bent toe aan een volgende stap in je ontwikkeling.
  • Voor jou is het een echte uitdaging om de leiding te nemen in het werken aan onze groeiambities en je vindt het dan ook leuk om actief te zijn in de markt. Daarin ben je bewezen effectief.
  • Je ziet commerciële kansen en pakt deze proactief op.

Het aanbod:

  • De salarisrange voor deze vacature is € 6.000 tot € 10000 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur per week.
  • Het daadwerkelijke salaris en groeiperspectief naar een hogere schaal is afhankelijk van je ervaring en niveau.
  • Daarnaast biedt het bedrijf uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een aantrekkelijke winstdelingsregeling, goede studiekostenregeling, 33 vakantiedagen en flexibele werktijden.
  • Tevens bestaat de mogelijkheid om op termijn (na een jaar) certificaathouder/aandeelhouder in het bedrijf te worden.
