Met ca. 45 medewerkers heeft x al ruim 70 jaar een vooraanstaande positie in de markt van bitumen- en polymeeremulsies. De producten van x worden gebruikt in tal van toepassingen, waaronder de wegenbouw, bouw en industrie, in zowel nationale als internationale markten. Met een eigen productielocatie en R&D laboratorium (Koudekerk aan den Rijn) is men in staat de gehele markt te bewerken en te voorzien van de juiste producten. x is een toonaangevende organisatie op het gebied van productontwikkeling, trendsetting en applicatie van onderhoudssystemen voor wegen en vloeren.

Verantwoordelijkheden en taken

Als Manager Finance & Controlling draag je zorg voor een goede financiële rapportage en analyseer jij maandelijks de cijfers van het bedrijf. Je stelt kritische vragen en bespreekt je bevindingen in het managementteam en de Raad van Commissarissen.

  • Je zet financiële data om in relevante stuurinformatie en je bent ervaren met het managen van administratieve processen;
  • Je komt met scherpe inzichten en financiële analyses ten behoeve van onze bedrijfsvoering;
  • Je signaleert verbetervoorstellen en speelt een actieve rol in de uitwerking van deze voorstellen;
  • Je helpt het managementteam bij het opstellen van analyses ten behoeve van de budgetten, liquiditeitsprognoses en de maand- en kwartaalrapportages;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van de jaarrekening;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de salarisadministratie, pensioen en werknemersverzekeringen;
  • Je bent gesprekspartner voor externe shareholders [Financiële Commissie aandeelhouders, Leveranciers en controlerende instanties].

Jouw vaardigheden

  • Hbo/wo werk- en denkniveau bij voorkeur in de richting van accountancy of bedrijfseconomie.
  • Relevante ervaring in een accountancy omgeving of het bedrijfsleven. Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring in het MKB.
  • Ruime ervaring met verslagleggings- en accountingprincipes.
  • Kennis van alle vak gerelateerde (fiscale) ontwikkelingen.
  • Ervaring met Exact Globe en Sumatra is een pré.
  • Je hebt een goede uitdrukkingsvaardigheid en overtuigingskracht, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
