Medewerker Accountancy AA / RA

Zoek jij als medewerker Accountancy een baan waarbij je de samenstelpraktijk en controlepraktijk kunt combineren? Is proactief meedenken met klanten hetgeen waar jij energie uit haalt? Heb je affiniteit met het nieuwe ondernemen en werk je graag in teamverband? Dan is onze klant in Erp de plek voor jou.

In deze uitdagende functie komt het beste van twee werelden samen. Je gaat zowel in de controlepraktijk als in de samenstelpraktijk aan de slag. Maar ben je echt van de controle, dan ligt er ook aan baan voor je klaar waar je de audits mag gaan verzorgen. Uiteindelijk bepaal je samen met onze klant de invulling van de functie.

Wat ga je doen als medewerker Accountancy AA / RA?

Dankzij jouw sterkte cijfermatige en analytische inzicht help je de klanten verder en denk je mee over de organisatie van de onderneming. Er wordt gewerkt met uiteenlopende bedrijven waardoor iedere opdracht anders is en jij je kunt blijven ontwikkelen. Daarbij heb je ook veel direct contact met de ondernemers, waarbij je met behulp van de opgestelde cijfers samen terug en vooruit kijkt.

Naast het geven van advies voer je verschillende samenstelwerkzaamheden uit, stel je efficiënt risicogerichte jaarrekeningen op en is er vaktechnisch ook voldoende uitdaging aanwezig. Je werkt altijd samen in teamverband, waarbij een gezamenlijk doel voorop staat.

Wat heb je nodig in deze functie?

  • Je volgt een studie voor AA of RA of je hebt een (nagenoeg) afgeronde opleiding tot Accountant-Administratieconsulent (AA) of (nagenoeg) afgeronde opleiding Registeraccountant (RA). Het is niet noodzakelijk dat je de theoretische opleiding geheel af hebt gerond.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in de controlepraktijk.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met het mkb.
  • Een betrokken en ondernemingsgerichte houding.
  • De drive om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je bent sterk in klantbeheer en stelt je adviesgericht op.

Over onze klant

In het team, bestaande uit ruim 25 collega’s, werk je nauw samen om de klanten verder te helpen. De klanten van onze klant bestaan uit een breed scala van verschillende bedrijven, van bouwbedrijf tot varkensbedrijf en van een zwemschool tot een autoschadeherstelbedrijf. Dankzij de sterk geautomatiseerde processen kan tijd worden vrijgemaakt om aan de klant te besteden in plaats van aan administratieve werkzaamheden. Dit zorgt ervoor dat klanten zich door onze klant gehoord en gewaardeerd voelen.

Onze klant is een ervaren kantoor dat zich op kennisniveau kan meten met de grotere kantoren, waar wel de Brabantse gastvrijheid aanwezig is. De afgelopen vijftig jaar is onze klant uitgegroeid tot een voorloper in automatisering in de accountancy.
