De Rabobank is een coöperatieve bank met meer dan 8,5 miljoen klanten. Met grote en kleine initiatieven wil de bank de wereld een beetje beter maken. Zo ondersteunen ze lokale ondernemingen en goede doelen organisaties en leveren ze op deze manier bij aan de welvaart en het welzijn in de omgeving.

Goed om te weten

In verband met doorstroom en uitstroom op de afdeling zijn we op zoek naar 2 FTE. Je gaat je bezig houden met het beantwoorden van vragen over de HR processen. Deze gebruikersvragen komen telefonisch of via de chat binnen. Je bent minimaal voor 32 uur beschikbaar, maar de voorkeur is voor 36 uur in de week.

De opdracht zal in eerste instantie voor 9 maanden, met grote kans op verlenging.

De standplaats voor deze functie is Boxtel. Conform de principes van Rabo@Anywhere is de norm om zoveel mogelijk thuis te werken (zorg dus voor een goede werkplek) en naar kantoor te komen voor sociale cohesie en samenwerking. Deze afdeling heeft wekelijk 1 kantoordag met elkaar gepland, waarbij je zelf mag bepalen of je hierbij aanwezig bent. Deze vindt afwisselend op maandag, dinsdag, woensdag of donderdag plaats.

Periodiek vindt er een teamdag plaats waarbij iedereen op kantoor werkt, dit wordt in overleg afgestemd.

Je zorgt ervoor dat de interne klant in één contact antwoord krijgt op al zijn vraagstukken. Een verantwoordelijkheid met impact, die je vormgeeft als medewerker HR Support door te ondersteunen bij een efficiënte, in één keer goed bediening en tegelijkertijd te streven naar 100% Selfservice.

• Beantwoordt via telefoon en chat gebruikersvragen.

• Geeft gebruikersondersteuning met betrekking tot alle HR onderwerpen.

• Verbetert continu de dienstverlening van HR Services.

• Signaleert en inventariseert klantwensen en -behoeften.

• Creëert een optimale user-experience voor de interne klant.

Ons team HR Support CLA & Benefits bundelt de krachten om via chat en telefoon arbeidsvoorwaardelijke vragen en vragen over het systeem Workday te beantwoorden. We streven daarbij naar een snelle, efficiënte en foutloze dienstverlening op basis van een ‘medewerker journey’ die maximaal aansluit bij de behoefte van onze collega’s.

Met jou erbij als medewerker HR Support staat de teller van het team op 30 diverse collega’s.

Dat klantgerichtheid, communicatiekracht, resultaat- en kwaliteit gerichtheid onmisbaar zijn voor deze functie Medewerker HR Support is logisch. Daarbovenop is het belangrijk dat je alles op onderstaande checklist herkent:

• minimaal mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau

• minimaal 1 tot 3 jaar werkervaring met klantcontact;

• affiniteit met HR-vraagstukken;

• bij voorkeur ervaring met Agile / LEAN-werkwijze, Yellow Belt is een pre.
