Als Ondernemende Jurist bouw je aan jouw eigen team van juristen en sta je aan de lat om dit team verder te laten groeien. Je ondersteunt de organisatie door ook interne juridische vraagstukken onder je hoede te nemen en te zorgen voor juridische kwaliteitsbewaking. Hiermee draag je samen met je team bij aan de verder groei en professionalisering van ons als geheel.



Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bouwt en onderhoudt duurzame relaties binnen het juridisch netwerk van Ruimtemeesters. Je werkt samen met onze eigen Ruimtemeesters en externe klanten en relaties.
  • Je bouwt mee aan nieuwe adviesproducten op het gebied van bestuursrecht, Handhaving, Openbare Orde & Veiligheid.
  • Je informeert het MT op hoofdlijnen over relevante ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving en bent hierin ook sparringpartner van het MT.
  • Je bouwt aan je eigen adviesteam in samenwerking met recruitment en met behulp van je eigen netwerk.
  • Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor een goede juridische advisering op het gebied van Omgevingsrecht en Handhaving, Openbare Orde en Veiligheid bij onze opdrachtgevers.

Welke eisen stellen we?

Natuurlijk ontvang je hierbij ondersteuning van je collega’s, maar jij bent degene die de kar gaat trekken. Wij hebben het volgende profiel voor ogen:

  • Je beschikt over een wo werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je hebt een aantal jaren inhoudelijke juridische ervaring en/of affiniteit met bestuursrecht binnen de overheid in een functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid. Je bent echter op zoek naar meer uitdaging.
  • Door je uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en bestuurlijke sensitiviteit, ben je in staat om op verschillende niveaus te schakelen en om te gaan met verschillende belangen.
  • Vanuit jouw overkoepelende visie zonder de integraliteit en het resultaat uit het oog te verliezen stel je prioriteiten en maak je keuzes.
  • Je hebt oog voor zowel de klant als de medewerker. Je weet op een inspirerende, verbindende en coachende wijze leiding te geven aan jouw team.

Wij bieden!

Als Ondernemende Jurist kom je ons 36-40 uur per week versterken en kun je rekenen op een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 4.500,- en €6.000,- op basis van een 36-urige werkweek. Het exacte salaris wordt afgestemd op de opleiding, kennis en ervaring die je meebrengt.
