Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Het managen van de dagelijkse activiteiten om de beste kwaliteit van het product, hygiëne, voedselveiligheid, medewerkers veiligheid, op een efficiënte manier te bewerkstelligen,
  • Vertalen van de Sonneveld operationele strategie naar lokale doelstellingen en lever je een bijdrage aan ambitieuze doelstellingen voor de plant/site voor de middellange en lange termijn,
  • Opstellen en bewaken van budgetten,
  • Reviewen en bewaken van capaciteits- en productieplannen,
  • Het ontwikkelen en implementeren van actieplannen voor het optimaliseren van processen, mensen en middelen,
  • Definiëren en doorvoeren van verbeteringen op het gebied van afvalstromen, manuren, leverbetrouwbaarheid, productiekosten en rendement,
  • Monitoren en rapporteren van KPIs en deze prestaties gebruiken voor verbetering,

Inhoud geven aan personeelsbeleid: beoordelen van medewerkers, coachen, motiveren, begeleiden en opleiden van medewerkers. Ook doe je voorstellen voor beloning, promotie, opleiding, ontslag e.d., begeleiden van ziekteverzuim, stimuleren van wenselijke normen en waarden.

Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor Safety Management, kwaliteitszorg en risicobeheersing.

Waar kom je te werken?

Je komt te werken bij een internationaal bedrijf dat innovatieve klantspecifieke oplossingen ontwikkelt voor de bakkerijsector en de nauw verwante voedingsindustrie, voor en met de klanten waarmee waarde toevoegen aan de hele keten en vooral aan de klant. Zij bieden technische ondersteuning gericht op het realiseren van de ideale proces-, brood- en banketkwaliteit, delen kennis over bakkerijprocessen en -ingrediënten, ontwikkelen innovatieve brood- en banketconcepten en ondersteunen ook activiteiten die de bakkerijsector versterken.



Jouw achtergrond:

  • Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau met bij voorkeur een afgeronde Bedrijfskundige, Engineering óf Food gerelateerde opleiding (bijvoorbeeld Levensmiddelentechnologie),
  • Meerdere jaren succesvolle leidinggevende ervaring binnen productie in de foodsector,
  • Ervaring met continue verbetering, bijvoorbeeld door middel van Lean Manufacturing,
  • Ervaring met het leiden van Projecten,
  • Ervaring met het werken met centrale afdelingen zoals Sales, Marketing, R&D en Supply Chain.
