Voor BAM zijn we op zoek naar een Procescoördinator:

Bedrijfsonderdeel

BAM FM Services verzorgt het technisch beheer van complexe vastgoedportefeuilles in risicodragende vorm in de publieke en private markt. FM Services maken deel uit van BAM Bouw en Techniek bv - Gebouwservices.

Eén van onze opdrachtgevers betreft een overheidsorganisatie waarvoor wij in noord Nederland het beheer & onderhoud verzorgen van hun vastgoed. Binnen dit betreffend contract is er sprake van een uitbreiding van de contractactiviteiten. Hierbij wordt BAM FM services verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van Derden [aannemers / leveranciers] die op de diverse locaties hun werkzaamheden verrichten. Specifieke aandachtgebieden hierbij zijn; verzorgen van aanmeldingsprocedures, toegangsbegeleiding ter plaatse, toezien op opvolging [veiligheid]instructies en administratieve afwikkeling. Vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Bunnik zal dit worden aangestuurd. Ten behoeve daarvan zijn wij op zoek naar een Procescoördinator.

Projectomschrijving

Je toont proactief eigenaarschap voor alle processen. Je stelt je hierbij de vraag of we alles doen zoals wij dit met de opdrachtgever hebben afgesproken zoals we hebben vastgelegd in het onderliggende contract waarbij er uiteraard ruimte is voor jouw inbreng om het werk efficiënter en effectiever uit te voeren. Je bent iemand die energie krijgt van plannen er organiseren. Met jouw sensitiviteit en mensenkennis weet jij anderen in beweging te krijgen. Enerzijds ga je analytisch te werk, anderzijds ben je oplossingsgericht in zowel het domein van de opdrachtgever als BAM FM Services

Teamsamenstelling

De proces coördinator rapporteert aan de exploitatiemanager en is ondersteunend aan de manager B&O en manager projecten.

Je werkt in een team van installatiebeheerders en maintenance engineers.

Werkzaamheden

• Het plannen van werkzaamheden

• Het aansturen van monteurs / handymans in het land

• het vertalen van de beheerplannen van het ziekenhuis naar de processen van BAM

• het vertalen van de contract afspraken met het ziekenhuis in processen en kwaliteitsmanagement systeem van BAM.

• afstemmen met het contract team

• Afstemmen met opdrachtgever

• Administratieve afwikkeling van zaken

Selectiecriteria

• Minimaal HBO opleiding;

• Ervaring met het inrichten en optimaliseren van informatiesystemen voor prestatiecontracten;

• Je bent in staat veranderingen te implementeren en te borgen;

• Je bent analytisch en doorziet snel processen;

• Om processen te kunnen borgen beschik je over verbindende capaciteiten;

• Je weet hoe je een contract kunt lezen en duiden;

• Ervaring als lead-auditor ISO-9001 of ISO-55001 is een grote pré of je bent bereid hierin te investeren en naar toe te groeien;

• Ervaring met systems engineering en systeemgerichte contractbeheersing is een pré.
