Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Job boards en social media in de gaten houden voor nieuwe kandidaten die passen op vacatures van jouw eigen klanten.
  • Vacature teksten schrijven en posten online (job marketing)
  • Kandidaten screenen
  • Kandidaten voorbereiden op gesprekken bij onze klanten
  • Sparren met kandidaten over het vinden van de juiste uitdaging
  • Wij gaan je leren hoe jij de expert wordt in het vinden van talent. Hoeveel goede kandidaten jij weet te vinden bepaald hoe snel je groeit
