Lees dan snel verder. The Preferred Supplier is op zoek naar een Risk & Audit Manager voor een snelgroeiende E-commerce organisatie in Hapert (regio Eindhoven).

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren van risico's binnen de organisatie en voor het ontwerpen, implementeren, onderhouden en bewaken van controles in lijn met deze risico's.

• Je helpt bij het verder uitbouwen en verbeteren van interne controlesystemen om ervoor te zorgen dat de risico's waarmee we geconfronteerd worden op een pragmatische en efficiënte manier worden geïdentificeerd en aangepakt.

• Je tekent processen uit (flowcharts) en beoordeelt waar het risico zit, waar de controle momenten ingebouwd zijn en of deze te bevestigen zijn met bewijs.

• Ook controleer je gedurende het jaar of deze controlepunten goed worden uitgevoerd.

• Je draagt verbetervoorstellen aan ten behoeve van mens en systeem. Daarnaast identificeer je o.a. Key Persons binnen de organisatie en stel je systeemrechten ter discussie.

Jouw achtergrond:

• Minimaal een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding

• Een relevante studie hebt afgerond richting accountancy, bedrijfseconomie of bedrijfskunde, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een Audit/Control of Risico Management opleiding;

• Je hebt tenminste 2 jaar ervaring opgedaan binnen een vergelijkbare functie op het gebied van riskmanagement, financiële audit en/of interne controles, bij voorkeur binnen een accountantskantoor;

• Ervaring binnen een E-commerce omgeving is een pré;

• Mogelijk kennis en ervaring hebt met ICF (Internal Control Framework) en relevante wet- en regelgeving;

• Je hebt een goed bedrip van bedrijfsprocessen en gedegen kennis en affiniteit hebt met IT systemen;

• Je beschikt over een goed analytisch vermogen en een echte gestructureerde procesdenker bent;
