Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

• Je vertaalt de wensen en behoeftes van de klant naar concrete oplossingen en to do’s en deelt deze met je collega’s en in de systemen.

• Je verdiept je in ontwikkelingen op het gebied van cao’s en HRM en de impact daarvan op onze klanten. Actualiteit leer je gestructureerd delen met klanten en collega’s binnen onze organisatie.

• Je leert hoe je bestaande en nieuwe klanten adviseert over (aan salarisadministratie en HRM gerelateerde) oplossingen en denkt binnen het team actief mee over vraagstukken van je klanten en collega’s.

Jouw toewijding wordt beloond met een prima salaris, uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden en flexibele werktijden. En uiteraard met de mogelijkheid om door te groeien op persoonlijk en vakinhoudelijk gebied.

Jouw achtergrond:

• Je hebt een doortastend MBO werk- en denkniveau als het gaat om:

– Verzorgen en onderhouden van de personeels- en salarisadministratie

– Werken met personeelsinformatiesystemen

– Goed en helder communiceren (intern en richting klanten)

– Punctueel en zorgvuldig werken

• Je kunt goed projectmatig werken

• Je wilt je blijven ontwikkelen en bent klantgericht

• Je hebt enige ervaring op het gebied van Payroll en liefst ook HRM, eventueel aangevuld met het praktijkdiploma Loonadministratie of VPS

• Kennis van Loket.nl (of andere aanbieders) is een pré

• Je bent 24 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar en bent bereid flexibel met werktijden om te gaan; geen week is immers hetzelfde

• Je neemt graag het initiatief en draagt met jouw gevoel voor humor en gezelligheid bij aan de leuke sfeer binnen ons team

Het aanbod:

• Salaris tussen de €3000-€3500 obv 40 uur.

• Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden en een uitstekend, uitgebreid pensioenplan.

• Voldoende mogelijkheden om jezelf binnen het bedrijf verder te ontwikkelen.
