Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

Als Salarisadviseur ben jij degene die de brug slaat tussen de behoeftes van de klant en het beleid van het bedrijf. Je bent de sparringpartner van de cliënten en ook van de afdelingen Sales en Solutions. Je weet als geen ander hoe je klantgegevens controleert en gegevens aanvult en verwerkt, tariefafspraken vastlegt en mutaties doorvoert. Ook bereid je NEN-controles voor, inventariseer je de compleetheid van dossiers en analyseer en beoordeel je door de werknemers van klanten aangeleverde informatie en bescheiden.

Je voert geheel zelfstandig de salarisadministratie van cliënten, zorgt voor het pensioen, fiscale en overige periodieke aangiftes.

Omdat jij mensen weet te verbinden en iemand bent die zijn/haar woordje klaar heeft wanneer dit nodig is, ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor in- en externe relaties en verantwoordelijk voor de klantgerichte communicatie. Je bent resultaatgericht en daarom is het managen en bewaken van de afspraken die vastgelegd zijn in onze systemen aan jou toevertrouwd!

Kortom; een veelzijdige en dynamische functie, waarbij geen dag hetzelfde is.

Jouw achtergrond:

• Je beschikt over een HBO werk- en denkniveau aangevuld met een vakgerichte opleiding PDL en/of VPS

• Minimaal 4 jaar werkervaring

• De capaciteit om het toegankelijk maken en versimpelen van de complexe Nederlandse fiscale, wet- en regelgeving en dit overbrengen bij de cliënt;

• Kennis en kunde inzake vormen van detachering (uitzenden, payroll, contracting);

• Kennis en kunde inzake de 30%-regeling en kennismigrantenregeling;

• Uitstekende beheersing Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;

• Werkervaring met AFAS CRM is een pré;
