Het doel van je functie:Het doel van deze rol is het uitvoeren van secretariële, administratieve en ondersteunende werkzaamheden ten behoeve van het senior management, zodanig dat deze in staat wordt/ worden gesteld de eigen functie uit te voeren met een doelmatige en functionele aanwending van tijd en middelen.

Wat betekent dit nu concreet voor jou:• Als Secretaresses binnen ASM werk je als 1 team;• Je hebt gezamenlijke team doelen en verantwoordelijkheden;• Je hebt specifieke eigen doelen en verantwoordelijkheden;• Je kunt ook specifiek je interesse en expertise gebied inzetten ASM breed; • Je werkt uniform. De uitdaging van deze functie zit met name in:• De regie te pakken vooruit te kijken en proactief te handelen;• Door je betrokkenheid de juiste prioriteiten te stellen;• Het afstemmen van verschillende activiteiten/informatie op elkaar. Signalerende, analyserende en rapporterende rol naar collega’s. De verantwoordelijkheden in deze functie zitten met name in:• Het ondersteunen van het Senior Management van ASM;• Het gebruiken van al je zintuigen om te weten wat er speelt binnen je verantwoordelijke teams en managers;• De juiste balans tussen de juiste prioriteiten vanuit het perspectieven tussen je eigen rol en die van je Senior Management business partner.

Jouw achtergrond:

  • Een afgeronde HBO diploma!
  • • Tenminste 5 jaar relevante werkervaring;
  • • Heeft ervaring in het ondersteunen van management;
  • • Is een mens georiënteerde medewerker;
  • • Is een inspirerende professional;
  • • Is verandergericht;
  • • Toont eigenaarschap;
  • • Is data gedreven;
  • • Werkt risico-gestuurd;
  • • Toont sensitiviteit.
