Onze klant is een accountantskantoor met jonge, gedreven en leuke - we weten dat iedereen dat zegt, maar het is nu eenmaal zo - medewerkers. We richten ons op ondernemers die het écht willen maken. Deze ondernemers binden we met ons persoonlijke contact en door ervoor te zorgen dat alles voor de ondernemer én voor de mensen om hem of haar heen goed geregeld is.

Inmiddels hebben we zo veel ondernemers aan ons gebonden en groeien we zo hard, dat we op zoek zijn naar nóg een rechterhand. Een manager/relatiebeheerder/boekhouder of controller die zaken op tijd signaleert, bijstuurt, in samenspraak met een zowel méér als minder ervaren collega’s goede adviezen geeft en het heerlijk vindt ondernemers te zien groeien. Wat je gaat doen, vraag je? We automatiseren bij het bedrijf een hoop, maar natuurlijk controleren we alles en hebben we veel persoonlijk contact met de klant. Wat dat inhoudt:

  • Je ontzorgt onze klanten door de financiële processen in de gaten te houden en waar nodig bij te sturen
  • Je coacht junior collega’s en helpt ons team het optimale rendement te behalen voor onze klanten
  • In samenwerking met (junior) assistent accountants stel jij jaarrekeningen samen en je weet heel goed of alles via de wet- en regelgeving is
  • Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail en herkent een afwijking in de administratie en/of financiële processen direct. Vervolgens pak je de telefoon, mail of whats app om de klant een passend advies te geven
  • Je bent je ervan bewust dat je klanten het écht willen maken, dus met die gedachte in het achterhoofd begeleid jij ze en adviseer je ze bij alle onderdelen van het ondernemen

En waar dan precies? Op ons kantoor in IJsselstein. In een professionele en informele werksfeer. Dit is zo’n kantoor waar je met iedereen kan lezen en schrijven. Waar je je prettig voelt en waar je jezelf bent. Je komt terecht in een team van circa 15 personen en die halen allemaal het onderste uit de (koffie)kan.

Jij bent zo… Ben je enthousiast over hoe je je dag gaat vullen? Dan kan je de eerste eis die we aan je stellen al afvinken. Wij houden van helder communiceren, dus bij dezen vertellen we wat we nog meer in jou terug willen zien:

  • Theoretisch afgestudeerd accountant
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring
  • Je hebt ervaring met klanten uit het midden- en kleinbedrijf en vindt dit ook de leukste klanten om te bedienen
  • Je steekt de handen al uit de mouwen voordat iemand daarom vraagt
  • Goed omgaan met computersystemen is je tweede natuur
  • Verantwoordelijkheid is jou niet vreemd, net zoals zelfstandig en accuraat zijn
  • Een knap staaltje communicatie is jouw ding, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaarheid
