(Senior) Controller

Als Controller ga je ondersteunen adviseren op tactische en strategische niveau de teamleiders, directeuren en Raad van Bestuur, zowel op financieel als economisch gebied.

Wat ga je doen?

Als controller ben je sparringpartner voor de directeuren en geef je gevraagd en ongevraagd advies aan onze afdelingen. Je stelt managementrapportages en prognoses op en bent betrokken bij het opzetten/verbeteren van processen rondom de planning & control cyclus; je maakt verbeterplannen, helpt mee bij het opstellen van begrotingen en bent betrokken bij projecten en veranderingsprocessen.

Verder:

  • Voer je vakspecifieke werkzaamheden uit op verschillende beleidsterreinen; je verzamelt en analyseert informatie hierover en verwerkt deze in rapportages en verslagen;
  • Analyseer je ken- en stuurgetallen en interpreteer je managementinformatie ter ondersteuning en advisering van teamleiders, directeuren en de Raad van Bestuur;
  • Signaleer en volg je externe ontwikkelingen in het vakgebied en maakt die bespreekbaar in het team;
  • Daarnaast lever je een bijdrage aan het opstellen van de kwartaalrapportages.

Wat kun je van ons verwachten?

  • Een jaar contract voor 36 uur per week (met de intentie om deze te verlening in de vorm van een vast contract);
  • Salarisinschaling conform CAO VVT (FWG 60-65). Inschaling is afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring;
  • De mogelijkheid om hybride te werken tussen thuis en kantoor;

  • Je weet op een tactvolle manier tegenstellingen te overbruggen, en advies te geven vanuit jouw expertise.
