Senior Financial Accountant

Onze klant is een groep van logistieke bedrijven gevestigd in een nieuw pand in Berkel en Rodenrijs. Hier zijn al onze services samengebracht onder één dak. Ze zijn in de loop der jaren geëvolueerd van een traditioneel expeditiebedrijf naar een internationaal georiënteerde logistieke dienstverlener. We verzorgen voor onze klanten de import en export van lucht en zeevracht, we slaan goederen op in onze loods, doen de orderpicking en verpakking en verzorgen de distributie en transport. Samen met je collegas werk je in een inspirerende en dynamische werkomgeving.

Vanwege groei zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Financial Accountant voor 40 uur per week die de Finance Manager kan ondersteunen om de afdeling naar een hoger niveau te brengen.

Wat ga je doen?

Naast het ondersteunen van je collegas met de dagelijkse werkzaamheden, zal je de volgende taken onder je hoede nemen:

· Je zal een ondersteunende rol hebben in de maand-, kwartaal en jaarafsluiting;

· Het op orde brengen van een balansdossier, inclusief memoriaalboekingen en onderliggende documenten;

· Bijstaan bij diverse financiële processen, zoals debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie, intercompany afstemming, , belastingaangiftes etc;

· Controleren en analyse van de maandcijfers van de grootboekrekeningen van diverse ondernemingen zodat de grootboekadministraties juist, tijdig en volledig is verwerkt;

· Indien nodig zal je ook deelnemen aan de dagelijkse werkzaamheden zoals facturatieprocessen;

· Het maken van correctie boekingen.

Jij beschikt over:

· Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding of vergelijkbare werkervaring op het gebied van Finance/ Accounting;

· Analytisch denkvermogen, in staat om financiële processen te analyseren

· Ervaring met relevante applicaties, waaronder Excel en Exact Globe en Exact Online;

· Ervaring met het opstellen van analyses en rapportages;

· Ervaring met het samenwerken met een accountant;

· Gedegen kennis van de geldende Nederlandse accountingregels (Dutch GAAP);

· Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en een redelijke kennis van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.

Ervaring in een logistiek bedrijf en/of een bedrijf met een holdingstructuur en meerdere vennootschappen is een pré. Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar bent ook een team-player en je vind het leuk om jouw kennis en kunde te delen. Je bent een stevige en enthousiaste persoonlijkheid en je kan omgaan met alle lagen in de organisatie.
