Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

Als senior supervisor ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het gehele compilation traject vanaf eerste contact met de klant tot en met de evaluatie van de opdracht. Je bent het aanspreekpunt van de klant, hebt een leidinggevende rol in projecten en je begeleid de junior collega's.

Jouw achtergrond:

• Je hebt de studie AA/RA afgerond / in de afrondende fase

• Je beschikt over minstens 6 jaar relevante werkervaring, idealiter bij een MKB-kantoor

• Je bent klantgericht en beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden

• Je bent een teamplayer

• Je hebt brede kennis van vaktechnische onderwerpen en volgt marktontwikkelingen op het gebied van accountancy op de voet

• Je beschikt over uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en je vindt het leuk om onder tijdsdruk in een gemotiveerd team te presteren

Je komt te werken in een organisatie van registeraccountants, belastingadviseurs en pensioenadviseurs. Daarnaast voorziet het bedrijf ondernemers van juridisch en HRM advies en begeleiden zij ondernemers bij verkoop of overname. Het bedrijf heeft 5 vestigingen verspreid over het midden van het land. Door hun organisatiestructuur combineren zij de flexibiliteit van een klein kantoor met de kwaliteit en deskundigheid van een groot kantoor.
