Over het bedrijf

Het bedrijf produceert kunststof verpakkingen. Flessen en sluitingen. Deze verpakkingen worden geproduceerd in opdracht van grote en kleine klanten, voor A-merken en private label merken. Via onder andere supermarkten, drogisterijen en bouwmarkten vinden deze verpakkingen haar weg naar nagenoeg elk huishouden in Nederland, dus de kans is heel groot dat er ook een verpakking bij jou in de kast of op tafel staat. Het is echt een productiebedrijf. Er draaien dan ook dagelijks bijna 70 productiemachines om aan de behoefte van de klant te voldoen. De markt voor verpakkingen is op dit moment enorm in beweging. Er wordt veel gesproken over duurzaamheid en zorg voor het milieu. Het bedrijf waar je komt te werken zit hier middenin en het zit in haar DNA om hierover niet alleen te praten, maar ook daadwerkelijk iets te doen!

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

• Verantwoordelijk voor het instellen en bedienen van spuitgietmachines en spuitgietblaasmachines.

• Het programmeren van robots.

• Je draagt zorg voor het analyseren en oplossen van storingen en je voert licht onderhoud uit.

• Het ontdekken en registreren van afwijkingen en het verbeteren van het proces.

Voor het behalen van de afdelingsdoelstellingen werk je graag samen met het team.

Jouw achtergrond:

• Je hebt een afgeronde technische mbo-opleiding of vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau.

• Bij voorkeur een opleiding spuitgieten 1 en 2.

• Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als spuitgieter;

• Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en een flinke dosis energie!
