Onze afdeling

Ons supportteam 1e lijn valt onder de Tribe B2B Services en bestaat uit ongeveer 20 enthousiaste medewerkers. Op de afdeling staat klantfocus en collegialiteit centraal. Vereiste competenties

Competenties staan voor ons centraal in onze sollicitatieprocedure. Wij zijn dan ook op zoek naar een echte teamplayer die denkt in kansen. Hulpvaardigheid, hands-on mentaliteit en betrokkenheid spelen een centrale rol om gezamenlijk de excellente service te bieden waar we als team naar streven. Daarnaast ben je communicatief sterk en denk jij voor de klant een stap vooruit en maak jij snel systemen en processen eigen. Goed analytisch vermogen en snel kunnen schakelen is bij ons op de afdeling erg belangrijk.

De functie

Als 1e lijn E-Commerce medewerker van het supportteam binnen de Tribe B2B Services ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor (MKB) zakelijke klanten die gebruik maken van deX e-commerce producten. Je beantwoordt vragen per telefoon, chat en e-mail die zowel functioneel als commercieel van aard zijn. Binnen E-commerce ondersteun je de volgende producten: X Omnikassa (OnlineKassa, Smartpin en PinBox) en iDiN.

Naast het beantwoorden van vragen zet je jouw commerciële vaardigheden in om de relatie met onze bestaande klanten verder uit te breiden bijvoorbeeld door klanten proactief te wijzen op de toegevoegde waarde die onze oplossingen nog meer te bieden hebben. Met jouw inzet en inzicht verras je jouw gesprekspartner en help je hen succesvoller te ondernemen. Je zet alles in het werk voor onze gezamenlijke missie: Together for a delightful customer experience.

Jouw achtergrond:

Minimaal MBO 4 opleidingsniveau;

Communicatief vaardig;

Analytische sterk en snel kunnen schakelen;

Bancaire kennis is een pré;

Ervaring met (telefonisch) klantcontact is een pré;

Sales ervaring is een pré;

Wft Basis.

Het aanbod:
