Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Onder jouw leiding ontwikkelt het team met nieuwe analisten zich op inhoud en skills waardoor zij in staat zijn om toegewezen klantonderzoeken tijdig en met de vereiste kwaliteit succesvol af te ronden. Dit doe jij onder andere door klantonderzoeken tegen te lezen en inhoudelijke feedback te geven, want je bent zelf inhoudelijk deskundig op KYC-gebied.
  • Je zorgt voor het opstellen van de planning en werkverdeling en bent verantwoordelijk voor de gehele operationele gang van zaken en het realiseren van de afgesproken kwaliteits- en productiviteitsdoelstellingen.
  • Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het op juiste wijze volgen van de processen en neemt initiatief om continu te verbeteren, dit mede ten behoeve van het opleidingsprogramma.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de engagement van de medewerkers die jij direct aanstuurt.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de Opleidingscoaches KYC, Opleidingsspecialisten, Projectleads en andere Teamleads en Managers van KYC Operations NL. Daarnaast onderhoud je contacten met collega’s van andere afdelingen binnen KYC Operations NL.
  • In deze functie rapporteer je direct aan de Manager CDD Organisaties Opleidingslocatie KYC Operations NL .

Jouw achtergrond:

  • Een afgeronde WO- of HBO opleiding, bij voorkeur op financieel-economisch of juridisch gebied.
  • Minimaal 1 jaar concrete ervaring in het verrichten van CDD onderzoeken. Deze inhoudelijke CDD ervaring kan ook opgedaan zijn in de rol van Compliance Officer of Auditor.
  • Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in het operationeel aansturen en (inhoudelijk) coachen van een team in een resultaatgerichte omgeving.
  • Kennis van de de Wwft en sanctiewetgeving.
  • Kennis van analysetechnieken in relatie tot het beoordelen van transacties, klantactiviteiten en signalen.
  • Kennis van primaire bancaire processen, producten en systemen.
  • Goede beheersing Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
