Teamleider Finance

In deze afwisselende, hands-on functie ben je financieel verantwoordelijk bij een informeel bedrijf in de Bouw & Infra. Je geeft leiding en aansturing aan een team van 3 medewerkers en neemt hen actief mee in beoogde procesverbeteringen. Naast het uitvoeren van diverse operationele werkzaamheden werk je aan het professionaliseren van de ERP implementatie. Jij bent een aanpakker die betrokken is bij de mensen en de organisatie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Meewerkend: debiteurenbeheer, cashflowbeheer, wekelijkse betalingsrun, BTW aangiften FR, BE, NL etc.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor financiële analyses en rapportages richting het moederbedrijf;
  • Het aansturen en begeleiden van het Finance team;
  • Je bent geen onderdeel van het MT maar voorziet hen gevraagd en ongevraagd van advies.
  • Coördineren van periodieke afsluitingsproces en voorbereiden jaarrekeningen;
  • Aanspreekpunt voor externe partijen waaronder de externe accountant en belastingdienst;
  • Verder implementeren van het ERP systeem en verbeteren van huidige financiële processen;
  • Aanlevering salarissen aan loonbureau en controle van de loonrun.

Wat bieden wij jou?

Een mooie functie voor de lange termijn. Het salaris varieert tussen de 4000€ – 5000€ bruto per maand, afhankelijk van je opleiding en werkervaring. De arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn conform CAO Bouw & Infra die voorziet in:

  • 25 vakantiedagen;
  • 15 roostervrije dagen;
  • 8 % vakantiegeld;
  • Uitstekend pensioen;
  • Tijd spaarfonds.

Wat vragen we van je?

  • Beschikbaar voor 24 tot 40 uur per week.
  • Bij een parttime dienstverband wordt het team mogelijk versterkt met een boekhoudkundig medewerker. Bij voorkeur worden deze uren verspreid over 4 werkdagen. De werktijden worden in onderling overleg bepaald.
  • Een afgeronde HBO opleiding in financiële richting of gelijkwaardige kennis en ervaring;
  • Goede kennis in woord en geschrift van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
  • Brede boekhoudkundige ervaring bij een projectenorganisatie (MKB), liefst in de Bouw & Infra en/of Techniek;
  • Ervaring met ERP implementatie/procesverbeteringen;
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en door jouw enthousiaste persoonlijkheid en goede coaching skills neem je het team mee naar een hoger niveau.
