Functieomschrijving

• Meedenken met de uitwerking van plattegrond varianten voor een project;

• Bedenken en uitrekenen van badkamer varianten;

• Berekenen van prijzen voor meerwerkopties;

• Plattegronden aanpassen, zodat woonadviseurs deze kunnen bespreken met kopers;

• Maken van visualisaties en prijsindicatie voor klant specifieke wensen en vragen, waarbij je rekening houdt met technische, juridische en logistieke aspecten;

• Verwerken van opties en budgetten in onze systemen, mede op basis van input van collega’s en binnen de project beslis periodes;

• Intensieve afstemming met woonadviseurs, badkamer specialisten en tekenaars;

Selectiecriteria

• Een afgeronde opleiding MBO/HBO Bouwkunde

• 4+ jaar werkervaring in een functie waarbij bouwtechnische aspecten centraal staan (bijv. als kostendeskundige of werkvoorbereider)

• 2+ jaar ervaring in het vakgebied (woningbouw of soortgelijke omgevingen)

• Actuele kennis omtrent vergunningen, regelgeving en bouwbesluiten

• Affiniteit met calculatie programma’s zoals Kraan

Competenties

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
