Als Beheerder Parkeergarage ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks reilen en zeilen in de garage.

Jij:

  • lost storingen en kleine technische problemen op;
  • houdt de garage schoon en verzorgd;
  • houdt toezicht op de veiligheid en het gebruik door bezoekers;
  • spreekt bezoekers vriendelijk en behulpzaam te woord;
  • zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel en veilig verloopt.

Dit breng jij mee

  • communicatief vaardig en servicegericht is;
  • handig en oplossingsgericht te werk gaat bij storingen;
  • het belangrijk vindt dat de garage schoon en verzorgd blijft, dus geen bezwaar heeft tegen schoonmaakwerkzaamheden.
  • flexibel inzetbaar is, zowel doordeweeks als in het weekend;
  • betrouwbaar en zelfstandig kan werken.
