Voor Inprevo zoeken wij een Consultancy Support Specialist ter vervanging van een collega tijdens zwangerschapsverlof. Je start in november 2026 en de tijdelijke periode loopt tot en met begin juli 2027. Bij goed functioneren is er uitzicht op verlenging. We zorgen voor een gedegen inwerkperiode, zodat je de organisatie, je collega’s en onze werkwijze goed leert kennen.

Dit ga jij doen:

  • plannen en organiseren consultancywerkzaamheden, zoals inspecties, ontruimingsoefeningen en adviesopdrachten;
  • coördineren van de inzet van interne consultants en onderhouden van het contact met klanten en consultants;
  • signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten in de planning en voortgang van projecten;
  • beheren van de projectadministratie in AFAS, waaronder het aanmaken van consultancyprojecten en het verwerken van opdrachtgegevens, offertes, calculaties en klantafspraken;
  • ondersteunen bij urenregistratie, nacalculaties en facturatie;
  • beheren van projectdocumentatie en klantdossiers;
  • opstellen van offertes en ondersteunen bij commerciële vraagstukken;
  • controleren van consultancyrapportages op spelling, opmaak en volledigheid en zorgdragen voor de oplevering;
  • meedenken over en bijdragen aan efficiëntere werkprocessen en verbeteringen.

  • een bruto salaris tussen € 2.600,- en € 3.400,- op basis van 40 uur per week;
  • reiskosten van € 0,23 per km;
  • 25 vakantiedagen en de mogelijkheid om 2 extra verlofdagen bij te sparen bij niet-ziek (op fulltime basis);

Dit ben jij:

  • klantgericht en servicegericht, organisatorisch en planmatig ingesteld;
  • nauwkeurig, proactief, en oplossingsgericht;
  • zelfstandig communicatief vaardig en flexibel;
  • MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • ervaring met projectondersteuning, planning en administratieve processen;
  • ervaring met AFAS of vergelijkbare systemen is een pré;
  • goede beheersing van Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word en Teams);
  • goede schriftelijke en mondelinge beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
