Buscamos un/a Consultor/a de Selección 360 Freelance para sumar a nuestro equipo en Valencia.

Debes de estar dado de alta en régimen de autónomo o poder hacerlo.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

  • Desarrollo de negocio:

Prospección y captación de clientes con necesidades de selección.

  • Gestionar la cartera de clientes, mediante la relación directa con empresas de diferentes sectores.
  • Captación de las necesidades de nuestros clientes para el desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.

Selección:

  • Gestión íntegra del proceso de reclutamiento y selección de perfiles.
  • Búsqueda de candidatos, entrevistas, publicación de ofertas de empleo.
  • Presentación de candidatos al cliente.

¿Qué te ofrecemos?

Contrato de servicios en régimen de autónomo

Remoto ( 1 o 2 días al mes en la oficina)

Horario de L-V de 9 a 18h.

Incorporación a un equipo estable, dinámico y con buen ambiente de trabajo

Salario competitivo en el sector, más variable según objetivos.

¿Qué esperamos de tí?

Graduado/a en Psicología, ADE, o similar.

Muy buenas habilidades comunicativas.

No experiencia necesaria

Experiencia en desarrollo de negocio, captación de clientes o ventas, preferiblemente en la venta de servicios.
