Buscamos un/a Veterinario/a Responsable de UCI y Cuidados Intensivos con al menos 4 años de experiencia para incorporarse a un hospital veterinario de referencia en Barcelona centro, con alta casuística, equipo multidisciplinar y atención a pacientes críticos de elevada complejidad.

Una excelente oportunidad para profesionales que quieran dar un paso adelante en su carrera, liderar un servicio de UCI y seguir desarrollándose en medicina intensiva, con horario diurno, sin noches, salario de hasta 40.000 € y acceso a formación especializada de IFEVET e Improve.

Funciones del puesto

  • Coordinación y supervisión del servicio de UCI y hospitalización.
  • Manejo, estabilización y monitorización de pacientes críticos y casos complejos.
  • Elaboración y seguimiento de planes terapéuticos.
  • Toma de decisiones clínicas y supervisión de protocolos de cuidados intensivos.
  • Coordinación con los servicios de urgencias, cirugía y medicina interna.
  • Apoyo y supervisión del equipo veterinario y ATV.

Requisitos

  • Grado/Licenciatura en Veterinaria y habilitación para ejercer en España.
  • Mínimo 4 años de experiencia, con conocimientos sólidos de UCI, hospitalización y cuidados intensivos.
  • Autonomía en el manejo de pacientes críticos y resolución de casos complejos.
  • Capacidad de liderazgo, organización y trabajo en equipo.
  • Se valorará formación complementaria o posgrados en UCI, Urgencias o Medicina Intensiva.
