Veterinario/a Area Manager – Mercado Francia

Barcelona o alrededores | Puesto híbrido (teletrabajo + oficina en Barcelona)

Desde The Vet Office, agencia especializada en selección de personal veterinario, buscamos un/a Veterinario/a Area Manager con francés bilingüe o muy alto para incorporarse a un grupo internacional en plena expansión, con base en Barcelona.

Se trata de un puesto estratégico, orientado al desarrollo comercial entre Francia y España, ideal para veterinarios/as con perfil comunicativo, dotes comerciales y ganas de crecer a largo plazo dentro de un grupo sólido.

Funciones principales

  • Desarrollo comercial entre Francia y España, con foco en la búsqueda y gestión de clientes en Francia.
  • Viajes a Francia 1–2 veces al mes (todos los gastos cubiertos por la empresa).
  • Disponibilidad para viajar aproximadamente un 20–30% de la jornada laboral, principalmente a Francia y puntualmente a las distintas plantas del grupo.
  • Negociación de acuerdos comerciales y contratos con clientes.
  • Gestión y seguimiento de cuentas asignadas, asegurando relaciones sólidas y duraderas.
  • Trabajo en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos internos, tanto con el equipo comercial de Corsa en Barcelona como con las demás unidades comerciales del grupo.
  • Cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas y crecimiento establecidos.
  • Resolución de incidencias o desafíos en la relación con clientes, proponiendo soluciones eficaces.
  • Elaboración de informes, seguimiento y análisis de resultados de las cuentas clave, entre otras funciones propias del puesto.

Requisitos

  • Grado o Licenciatura en Veterinaria (imprescindible).
  • Francés nivel muy alto o bilingüe (imprescindible).
  • Nivel medio de inglés.
  • Dotes comerciales y de negociación, orientación a resultados.
  • Carnet de conducir (coche valorable).
  • Capacidad de organización, comunicación y trabajo transversal con distintos equipos.
  • Residencia en Barcelona o alrededores, o disponibilidad para desplazarse.

  • Salario base: 30.000 – 40.000 € brutos/año, según experiencia.
  • Comisiones del 10% sobre resultados.
