Wat ga je doen?

Als Chef de Parti ben jij verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het bereiden van innovatieve en authentieke Italiaanse gerechten met seizoensgebonden ingrediënten en oog voor culinaire creativiteit.
  • Het waarborgen van de hoogste kwaliteit op het gebied van bereiding, presentatie en smaak van alle gerechten.
  • Het bijdragen aan een professionele, positieve en collegiale werksfeer binnen het keukenteam.
  • Het verder ontwikkelen van jouw culinaire technieken en kennis van voedselveiligheid.
  • Het nauwkeurig werken volgens recepturen, opmaakrichtlijnen en keukenprocedures.
  • Het handhaven van hoge standaarden op het gebied van hygiëne, netheid en voedselkwaliteit binnen alle keukenruimtes.
