Ben jij een Chef de Partie met passie voor de Franse keuken en oog voor kwaliteit? Werk jij graag in een keuken waar vakmanschap, samenwerking en gastvrijheid centraal staan? Dan is dit jouw kans om mee te bouwen aan Le Petit Bouillon d'Amsterdam.

Bij Bouillon d'Amsterdam brengen we de klassieke Franse keuken terug naar de hoofdstad, maar dan op een toegankelijke manier. Hier draait alles om eerlijke gerechten, ambacht, karakter en een warm welkom. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor jouw eigen partie en zorgt er samen met de Sous Chef, Head Chef en het keukenteam voor dat iedere service tot in de puntjes verzorgd is.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Chef de Partie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het verzorgen van de volledige mise-en-place en een strakke service binnen jouw partie.
  • Het bereiden, koken en dresseren van gerechten volgens receptuur en kwaliteitsstandaarden.
  • Het bewaken van de smaak, presentatie, portiegrootte en consistente kwaliteit van alle gerechten.
  • Het nauw samenwerken met de Sous Chef, Head Chef en collega's voor een efficiënte service.
  • Het afstemmen met de bediening over dieetwensen en allergenen.
  • Het naleven van HACCP-richtlijnen, temperatuurregistraties, FIFO, labeling en het onderhouden van een schone werkplek.
  • Het signaleren van defecten aan apparatuur en zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving.
  • Het uitvoeren van dagelijkse voorraadtellingen en voorbereiden van bestellingen voor jouw partie.
  • Het meedenken over recepturen, keukenprocessen en seizoenswisselingen.

Wat maakt jou succesvol in deze rol?

  • Je hebt ervaring als Chef de Partie of Demi Chef de Partie binnen een kwaliteitskeuken.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd, schoon en volgens vaste werkwijzen en procedures.
  • Je houdt overzicht en blijft rustig tijdens drukke services.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler en communiceert duidelijk in het Nederlands en/of Engels.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail, smaak en consistente kwaliteit.
  • Je staat open voor coaching en wilt jezelf blijven ontwikkelen.
  • Je hebt kennis van HACCP en werkt zorgvuldig volgens de geldende hygiëne- en veiligheidsrichtlijnen.
