Ben jij een ervaren finance professional die energie krijgt van structuur, nauwkeurigheid en verantwoordelijkheid? Werk jij graag zelfstandig, maar wel in een dynamische omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is? Dan is dit jouw kans om als Financieel Medewerker een belangrijke rol te spelen binnen Escape B.V.

Vanuit het hoofdkantoor in hartje Amsterdam ondersteun je samen met het finance team meerdere toonaangevende horecazaken. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de financiële administratie tot in de puntjes klopt en levert daarmee een belangrijke bijdrage aan een gezonde en groeiende organisatie.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Financieel Medewerker ben jij verantwoordelijk voor:

  • De volledige financiële administratie van De Kroon, Heck's en Chez van Rijn en Escape Club Amsterdam.
  • Het controleren, verwerken en beheren van het inkoop-, verkoop-, bank- en kasboek.
  • Het beheren van de debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie.
  • Het bewaken van betalingstermijnen en verzorgen van betalingsherinneringen.
  • Het beheren en opschonen van tussenrekeningen.
  • Het verwerken en bewaken van transitorische posten.
  • Het verzorgen van periodeafsluitingen.
  • Het opstellen en indienen van btw-aangiften.
  • Het verwerken van memoriaalboekingen.
  • Het ondersteunen van de salarisadministratie.
  • Het voorbereiden van de jaarafsluiting en de accountantscontrole.
  • Het signaleren van afwijkingen en bijdragen aan de verdere optimalisatie van administratieve processen.

Wat maakt jou succesvol in deze rol?

Herken jij jezelf hierin?

  • Je beschikt over mbo 4- of hbo-werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen de financiële administratie.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel en affiniteit met financiële systemen.
  • Ervaring met SnelStart is een pré.
  • Affiniteit met de horecabranche is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend en hebt een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, analytisch en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en denkt mee over procesverbeteringen.
