Wat ga je doen?

Als Junior Sous Chef ben jij verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Als Junior sous-chef van Ron Gastrobar, vorm je samen met de chef en een sous-chef het leidinggevende team van de keuken
  • Je stuurt het team vaktechnisch aan en draagt zorg over de (voor)bereiding en presentatie van gerechten volgens planning, vaste instructies en werkmethoden die mede door jullie zijn vastgesteld
  • Je deelt jouw culinaire kennis door mee te denken met trends, nieuwe receptuur en denkt mee met het creatieve proces in de keuken
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle gerechten de keuken op Gastrobar-waardig niveau verlaten

  • Je hebt een goed oog voor detail en kunt goed omgaan met verschillende kooktechnieken
  • Werken onder druk is voor jou geen probleem en je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid om altijd een goed resultaat te leveren
  • Je hebt een afgeronde koksopleiding en ervaring als chef de partie of in een leidinggevende rol
