De lunchspits komt eraan. De eerste gasten staan al voor de deur, je team is er klaar voor en jij houdt het overzicht. Terwijl de snacks vers worden bereid en de bestellingen elkaar in rap tempo opvolgen, zorg jij ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Als Vestigingsmanager bij FEBO in Amsterdam ben jij de drijvende kracht achter jouw vestiging. Je stuurt een enthousiast horecateam aan, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt ervoor dat iedere gast de service krijgt waar FEBO al meer dan 80 jaar om bekendstaat. Bij dit iconische Amsterdamse familiebedrijf krijg je de vrijheid om jouw vestiging succesvol te runnen én de kans om door te groeien naar meerdere vestigingen of zelfs je eigen FEBO. Zoek jij een leidinggevende horecafunctie waarin ondernemerschap, gastvrijheid en teamwork samenkomen? Dan is dit jouw volgende stap.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Vestigingsmanager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor:

  • De dagelijkse aansturing van jouw FEBO-vestiging.
  • Het maken van personeelsplanningen en het bewaken van een efficiënte bezetting.
  • Het beheren van de voorraad en zorgen dat de vestiging optimaal draait.
  • Het coachen, motiveren en ontwikkelen van jouw team.
  • Het bewaken van de kwaliteit, service en uitstraling van de vestiging.
  • Het snel schakelen tijdens drukke momenten en waar nodig zelf meewerken op de werkvloer.
  • Het zijn van het gezicht van de vestiging en het goede voorbeeld geven aan jouw collega's.

Wat maakt jou succesvol in deze rol?

  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als leidinggevende binnen de horeca of fastfoodbranche.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en vindt werken in de avonden en weekenden geen probleem.
  • Je blijft rustig onder druk en houdt overzicht in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, neemt initiatief en denkt vooruit.
  • Je weet mensen te motiveren en haalt het beste uit jouw team.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed.

Wat krijg jij ervoor terug?

  • Een goed salaris volgens de Horeca CAO, passend bij jouw ervaring.

  • Een netto bonus van € 350 bij contractverlenging na 7 maanden.
