ANZ Marketing Manager

Our client provides software for fresh food wholesalers across ANZ, the UK and the US. We're looking for a proactive ANZ Marketing Manager to deliver B2B marketing campaigns, drive growth and improve marketing performance within a lean, global team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver ANZ marketing campaigns, content and partner referral initiatives.
  • Manage paid media, SEO, AI search visibility and website conversion optimisation.
  • Deliver customer campaigns focused on engagement, upselling and product adoption.
  • Coordinate marketing agencies and external suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Use AI tools to improve marketing workflows, content creation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with sales, partnerships, customer experience and RevOps to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support product launches, sales enablement and cross-market marketing initiatives.
  • Track campaign performance, analyse results and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience independently delivering B2B marketing campaigns and measuring commercial results.
  • Practical knowledge of paid media, SEO, conversion optimisation and campaign analytics.
  • Strong English communication, writing and briefing skills.
  • Experience coordinating agencies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Practical experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows.
  • SaaS experience is an advantage.

Technical Requirements

  • Personal laptop or desktop computer, plus a backup device.
  • Noise-cancelling headset.
  • Primary and backup internet connections, with at least 100 Mbps on the primary connection.
