The posting

Función Principal:

  • Definir, documentar y mantener estándares, normativas y lineamientos tecnológicos para plataformas de acceso como R-PHY, CMTS, GPON y XGS-PON.
  • Diseñar e implementar esquemas de aprovisionamiento, integración lógica y puesta en operación de nuevas plataformas y tecnologías de acceso.
  • Liderar los procesos de homologación, certificación y validación de equipos CPE, incluyendo la evaluación, pruebas, aprobación e implementación de nuevas versiones de firmware, garantizando compatibilidad, estabilidad, seguridad y cumplimiento de los estándares de la red.

Requisitos:

  • Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ingeniería Electrónica o carrera afín.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en diseño, planificación, operación o ingeniería de redes de acceso fijo y telecomunicaciones.
  • Disponibilidad para desplazamientos según requerimientos del puesto.
  • Experiencia con CPEs (Customer Premises Equipment).
  • Gestión, administración y troubleshooting de firmware, Actualización, validación y pruebas de versiones.
  • Configuración y soporte de equipos de acceso (ONT, ONU, routers, gateways, WiFi, etc.).

Conocimientos Específicos:

  • Conocimientos en redes, sistemas operativos Linux y Windows, administración de servidores.
  • Administración y monitoreo de plataformas NMS y OSS/BSS, incluyendo:
  • Huawei NMS, Nokia AMS, Huawei NCE, Intraway, ACS Axiros, Symphonica
  • Conocimiento de arquitecturas HFC, DAA/R-PHY, GPON y XGS-PON.

Conocimientos Técnicos:

  • Tecnologías de switching y routing.
  • Protocolos de enrutamiento
  • Seguridad de redes, firewalls y protocolos asociados.
  • Arquitecturas FTTH y redes de acceso fijo.

Competencias y Habilidades:

  • Pensamiento analítico y capacidad de resolución de problemas complejos.
  • Orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Capacidad de planificación y organización.
