The posting

The LATAM Operations team drives TikTok Shop's business in Latin America, operating across markets including Mexico and Brazil. We handle full-cycle seller onboarding, brand incubation and acceleration, creator ecosystem development, campaign execution, cross-border operational capability building, and end-to-end buyer experience.

We are organized into vertical Category Management teams covering brand expansion, localized category operations, and merchant lifecycle growth, alongside centralized functions for creator operations, campaign operations, project management, and agency partnerships. Working closely with product, commercial, logistics, and governance teams, we tailor local strategies for merchants ranging from emerging local sellers to international brands.

You will help build content commerce models designed for Latin American consumption patterns, shaping the experience for sellers, creators, and buyers across the region.

The Creator Management team is responsible for building and scaling the creator ecosystem that powers commerce on the platform. As an intern, you will be at the center of our data operations — pulling data from dashboards, building reports, and tracking performance to ensure the team can make fast, informed decisions. Beyond data, you will collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams, helping to shape the processes that keep our creator ecosystem running. This is a high-impact role for someone who is data-driven, tool-savvy, and eager to learn how commerce operations work at scale.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Responsibilities: - upport the Creator Management team to drive platform growth and achieve multiple targets, including but not limited to top creators, campaigns, product selection, and content scenarios. - Pull data from internal BI dashboards and build weekly performance reports covering creator growth, campaign tracking, and category-level trends. - Monitor creator performance week-over-week and build Month-to-Date and 30-Day projections to flag at-risk creators early; support day-to-day operations including rankings, campaign alerts, product recommendations, and event communication. - Configure and operate trackers and automation platforms to streamline team workflows; Identify manual tasks and implement automated solutions. - Coordinate cross-functional teams and back-end support partners to ensure smooth project execution and continuous process optimization.

Minimum Qualifications - Currently in your penultimate year pursuing a bachelor's degree. - Data-driven mindset with structured thinking and strong attention to detail. - Experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) including pivot tables, formulas, and charts. - Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. - Strong ownership, result-driven, and able to adapt to the flexible working cadence of the team. - Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently with moderate guidance. - Able to commit to at least a 6-month internship period.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
