Team Introduction TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. TikTok's global headquarters are in Los Angeles and Singapore, and we also have offices in New York City, London, Dublin, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests. Responsibilities - Source, screen and recommend candidates based on job descriptions, and conduct alignment calls to gauge candidate interest. - Manage end-to-end recruitment logistics including interview scheduling and feedback follow-up. - Develop and maintain recruitment channels, update job postings, and conduct talent market mapping and research. - Support HR data compilation and analytics, and contribute to exploring recruitment best practices.

Minimum Qualification(s) - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline. - Strong cross-cultural awareness and inclusiveness. - Professional proficiency in Chinese, Japanese and Korean required, as the role involves collaborations with China teams and end-to-end recruiting across Japan and Korea. - Excellent communication and logical thinking skills, with the ability to gather information efficiently and extract key insights.

Preferred Qualification(s) - Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings). - Familiarity with sourcing tools, HR systems (including an ATS) and candidate management systems. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Overseas study experience.
