En TINET buscamos un/a Analista IAM Senior para integrarse a un importante cliente enfocado en la gestión segura de identidades y accesos en entornos corporativos.

¿Cuál será tu misión? Diseñar, administrar y optimizar procesos y soluciones de gestión de identidades y accesos (IAM), asegurando que cada persona y sistema cuente con los permisos adecuados, de acuerdo con las políticas de seguridad y las necesidades del negocio.

¿Qué harás?

  • Administrar el ciclo de vida de identidades y accesos: altas, modificaciones, bajas y revisiones periódicas de permisos.
  • Gestionar roles, perfiles, grupos y privilegios, aplicando principios de mínimo privilegio y segregación de funciones.
  • Analizar y resolver solicitudes, incidentes y requerimientos relacionados con identidades y accesos.
  • Apoyar la implementación y mejora de procesos de aprovisionamiento y desaprovisionamiento de usuarios.
  • Participar en campañas de recertificación y revisiones de acceso, documentando evidencias para auditorías.
  • Colaborar en la integración de aplicaciones y sistemas con las plataformas IAM y los servicios de directorio.
  • Monitorear controles de acceso, identificar riesgos y proponer acciones de mejora.
  • Elaborar y mantener documentación técnica, procedimientos y reportes de gestión.
  • Coordinar con equipos de ciberseguridad, infraestructura, aplicaciones, auditoría y áreas de negocio.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación técnica o profesional en Informática, Ciberseguridad, Sistemas o carrera afín.
  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en gestión de identidades y accesos (IAM).
  • Experiencia administrando identidades y permisos en Google Cloud IAM (GCP) y Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Conocimiento de Active Directory on-premise, JumpCloud u Okta.
  • Manejo de protocolos de identidad SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0 y OpenID Connect.
  • Dominio de control de acceso por roles (RBAC), mínimo privilegio, segregación de funciones y gestión de cuentas privilegiadas.
  • Excel avanzado para analizar matrices de permisos.
  • Buena comunicación y trato directo con usuarios finales.

Deseable

  • SQL básico para consultar datos de accesos y generar reportes.
  • Experiencia con plataformas PAM (CyberArk, BeyondTrust o Delinea).
  • Conocimiento de plataformas IGA (SailPoint, Saviynt o similares).
  • Conocimiento de normativas de auditoría de accesos: ISO 27001, NIST o RAN 20-10.
  • Experiencia en industrias reguladas con procesos de recertificación y auditoría de accesos.
