Što će biti tvoje odgovornosti?

  • Upravljanje operativnim poslovanjem i prodajnim rezultatima svih prodajnih mjesta na dodijeljenom području.
  • Organizacija, vođenje, motiviranje i razvoj prodajnih timova te upravljanje zaposlenicima i radnim vremenom prodajnih mjesta
  • Praćenje ključnih pokazatelja poslovanja te predlaganje aktivnosti za unapređenje rezultata.
  • Nadzor primjene operativnih procedura, standarda, kvalitete usluge i urednosti prodajnih mjesta.
  • Praćenje tržišta i konkurencije te predlaganje aktivnosti za povećanje prodaje i profitabilnosti.
  • Razvoj prodajne mreže kroz pronalazak novih lokacija, otvaranje i unapređenje postojećih prodajnih mjesta.
  • Suradnja s najmodavcima, lokalnim vlastima i poslovnim partnerima.
  • Briga o opremi, zalihama i učinkovitom upravljanju resursima područja.

Što očekujemo od tebe?

  • VŠS/VSS/SSS ekonomskog ili odgovarajućeg smjera.
  • Iskustvo u upravljanju prodajnim mjestima i vođenju prodajnih timova.
  • Dokazane rezultate u ostvarivanju prodajnih i poslovnih ciljeva.
  • Dobro razumijevanje maloprodajnih procesa, prihoda, troškova i profitabilnosti.
  • Poznavanje MS Office i ostalih informatičkih alata
  • Vozačku dozvolu B kategorije i spremnost na terenski rad.
