Para mi cliente una empresa FinTech internacional en rápido crecimiento, dedicada a revolucionar los servicios financieros en México buscamos un(a) Asistente Personal-Traductor (Español-Inglés-Ruso o Ucraniano) en CDMX.

Si eres una persona multilingüe, organizada y orientada a resultados, que disfruta de la colaboración internacional y busca crecer profesionalmente en una empresa innovadora, queremos conocerte.

¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS EN TI?

  1. Dominio fluido (oral y escrito) de español, inglés, ruso o ucraniano, para garantizar una comunicación precisa y profesional.
  2. Experiencia en traducción e interpretación, tanto consecutiva como simultánea, en un entorno empresarial o internacional.
  3. Mínima experiencia en roles similares como asistente ejecutivo/a, traductor/a o en una posición administrativa.
  4. Experiencia en los sectores financiero o tecnológico será un plus.
  5. Dominio avanzado de herramientas como Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) y otras plataformas de gestión.
  6. Capacidad para estructurar tareas y gestionar el tiempo de manera efectiva.
  7. Competencia en el manejo de información confidencial con discreción y responsabilidad.

PARA TENER ÉXITO EN ESTE PUESTO, NECESITARÍAS SER:

  • Un comunicador o comunicadora efectiva.
  • Una persona proactiva e innovadora.
  • Un colaborador o colaboradora excepcional.
  • Alguien con una atención al detalle incomparable.

TUS RESPONSABILIDADES SERÁN LAS SIGUIENTES:

  1. Traducción de documentos, correos electrónicos e informes entre español, ingles y ruso o ucraniano.
  2. Provisión de interpretación simultánea durante reuniones y videollamadas.
  3. Apoyo en la comunicación informal entre colegas que hablan diferentes idiomas.
  4. Gestión de calendarios, planificación de reuniones y coordinación de eventos para los directivos.
  5. Preparación de informes, presentaciones y correspondencia según sea necesario.
  6. Manejo de correspondencia entrante y saliente (redirección a los responsables) y control de la puntualidad en las respuestas y envíos.
  7. Envío de notificaciones y coordinación de tareas entre departamentos.
  8. Verificación del cumplimiento de las asignaciones y tareas de los directivos.
  9. Participación en proyectos especiales y realización de tareas asignadas por el directivo según sea necesario.
