Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt bei der Erfassung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen in Candis.
  • Du hilfst bei der Pflege, Überwachung und Klärung und sorgst für eine ordnungsgemäße Dokumentation.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung und Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs.
  • Du übernimmst Aufgaben in der Stammdatenpflege und Kontenabstimmung in Sage X3.
  • Je nach Bedarf erhält du Einblick in weitere buchhalterische Prozesse und unterstützt das Team im Tagesgeschäft.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Rechnungswesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Rechnungswesen – z. B. durch Praktika oder vorherige Werkstudententätigkeiten.
  • Du arbeitest zuverlässig, genau und strukturiert – Zahlen sind für dich kein Fremdwort.
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel und bringst idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit Buchhaltungssoftware (z. B. DATEV, SAP, Sage) mit.
  • Du bist kommunikativ, arbeitest gern im Team und übernimmst Verantwortung.
  • Du hast mehrere Stunden pro Woche Zeit (idealerweise 15–20 Stunden), um unser Team zu unterstützen.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch-, sowie gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
