Deine Aufgaben

  • Du betreust unsere Webshop-Storefronts und pflegst sowie optimierst Inhalte, Produktinformationen und Produktbeschreibungen in Salesforce Commerce.
  • Du unterstützt das Produktmanagement bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktportfolios und wirkst beim Aufbau sowie bei der Implementierung einer neuen Storefront mit.
  • Du pflegst und prüfst relevante Produkt- und Auftragsdaten in Salesforce Commerce und unserem ERP-System und stellst eine hohe Datenqualität sicher.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Produktmanagement, Implementierung, Auftragsabwicklung, Sales und Support sowie mit externen Partnern zusammen.
  • Du analysierst unsere Kundenonboarding-Prozesse, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und unterstützt bei der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung bestehender Abläufe – perspektivisch auch unter Einsatz von KI.
  • Du entwickelst eine strukturierte Strategie für relevante Dokumente während und nach dem Onboarding und bereitest Anleitungen, Vorlagen und Wissensinhalte für unser Online-Helpcenter auf. Dabei nutzt du Microsoft-Anwendungen, Teams und weitere digitale Tools.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du studierst Wirtschaftsinformatik, Digital Business, BWL mit Schwerpunkt Digitalisierung oder E-Commerce, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in den Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen und hast Freude daran, dich in neue Tools und Systeme einzuarbeiten.
  • Du bringst idealerweise praktische Erfahrungen mit – vorzugsweise in den Bereichen E-Commerce, Produktmanagement, Prozessoptimierung oder Digitalisierung.
  • Du hast eine Affinität zu Elektromobilität und E-Autos und interessierst dich dafür, wie digitale Lösungen das Laden und die Nutzung von Elektrofahrzeugen unterstützen.
  • Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und organisiert und hast Spaß daran, eigenständig Lösungen für fachliche und technische Fragestellungen zu entwickeln.
  • Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Kund:innen, kannst dich gut in ihre Bedürfnisse hineinversetzen und findest auch für komplexe Anliegen verständliche und serviceorientierte Lösungen.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
